PARTICIPATING PARTNERS IN DEVELOPMENT

 

Saints Development Company, Ltd:  Saints is a TT company charted in 1992 for development of real estate projects.  Saints is owned primarily by two US Citizens with extensive backgrounds in Tobago.  Both are experienced real estate developers in the states with over a combined 60 years in that business and own various businesses including construction companies.

 

L.R.S. Ramcharan Hardware and Construction Company, Ltd:  L.R.S. is a company involved in construction and in business since 1992.  Currently they have the contract to install all the infrastructure and site work.  They are also bidding to be the building contractor as well on site.

 

Home Mortgage Bank:  HMB is involved in the project as the lending bank for the project, and also available for TT nationals as a source of mortgage funding. HMB has been in business since 1985 and is wholly owned by National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago.

 

Prudecon Ltd:  Prudecon are the project managers and consulting engineers for the project.  They have been in business since 2004 and are the GC’s for the project.

 

Paul Moses Architects:  This firm is the architectural consultants for the project and also involved with interior design work.  The firm has been in business for over 10 years.

 

Maraj Woodworking:  Based in Trinidad, Maraj is a premier manufacturer of custom furniture.

Quality Commercial Interiors Limited: Based in the Port of Spain, QCI Interiors is a well known commercial interior designer and furnishing supplier.

Zeeland Civil Engineering:  They have been hired and work on coastal engineering concerns regarding flooding and rising ocean sea levels.  They have been in business for over 40 years.

 

Consulting Geotechnical Engineers Limited:  They are charged with designing satisfactory foundations and support for the buildings on the site.
